Terms of Service
The terms below govern your use of SalahOne. We've written them to be short, clear and respectful — because trust is the foundation of a companion for worship.
Use SalahOne respectfully. Prayer times, Qibla and Quran content are provided as accurately as we can, but always consult your local scholars for religious rulings. Don't misuse the App, and know that we may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using SalahOne (the "App" and related website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, which together form a binding agreement between you and IX Futuris Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you use SalahOne on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
SalahOne is a spiritual companion offering prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, duas, tasbih and Ramadan tools. It is intended to support — not replace — a Muslim's personal practice, learning, and consultation with qualified scholars on matters of religion.
SalahOne is available to users of all ages, but if you are under the age of digital consent in your country (typically 13–16), you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use account-based features. Optional accounts are used only to sync preferences and, in the future, personal features such as prayer tracking. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at hello@salahone.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree to use SalahOne respectfully and lawfully. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, overload, scrape at scale, or misuse the service, its content or its infrastructure. You must not use the App to distribute unlawful, hateful, misleading, or sacrilegious content, or to impersonate others.
Prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran text, translations and duas are provided from established sources and calculated with widely accepted methods. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, small differences may exist between calculation methods, translations, and local moon-sighting authorities. For religious rulings and time-critical worship (e.g. beginning of Ramadan, Eid), please also consult your local trusted scholars or mosque.
The SalahOne name, logo, design system, source code, illustrations, custom typography choices and product content are owned by SalahOne and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Quranic text is the eternal word of Allah and is not owned by anyone; scholarly translations and recitations remain the property of their respective authors and reciters, used under permission or open licences.
The core SalahOne experience is free. Optional premium features and voluntary contributions may be offered through in-app purchases, subscriptions or web payments handled by authorised third-party payment providers (such as the App Store, Google Play or Stripe). Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your device's subscription settings or by contacting hello@salahone.com. Voluntary contributions and donations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or made in error.
SalahOne may rely on trusted third parties for hosting, crash reporting, optional anonymous analytics, and app-store distribution. These providers process data only under strict agreements and only to help operate the App. Links to external websites (e.g. scholarly resources) are provided for convenience — we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
SalahOne is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for reliability and precision, we cannot guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate in every location and moment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IX Futuris Ltd, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You may stop using SalahOne at any time and delete your account by writing to hello@salahone.com. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously breached, if required by law, or if continued operation would harm the community of users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, you and IX Futuris Ltd agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

As SalahOne evolves, we may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, notify you within the App or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under your local law.
